School Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1  SCHOOL ATTENDANCE

• It is requested that every learner attends school on a compulsory level to ensure consistent and continuous learning.
• No learner is allowed to leave the school during school hours without the permission of the facilitator and, or director. 

3.2 ADMISSION POLICY

• An admission policy, as approved by the school and in which certain conditions for admission of learners are stipulated, will be given to parents when enrolling their child. Learners will be accepted or declined admission based on the school policy. 

3.3 SCHOOL FEES / FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

• All parents/guardians/sponsors are required to pay school fees. School fees can be settled via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and as stipulated below in the school fees, can be paid on a month-to-month basis. Payments should reflect on the first of every month. 

3.4 LEARNER CONDUCT

• All learners are expected to show respect towards the code of conduct as stipulated in the code of conduct of our school.
• We believe in fellow humanity and therefore expect every learner to respect, and foster an environment where physical and spiritual welfare of fellow learners and facilitators are respected.
• During school hours, functions, and activities, all learners are expected to act in accordance with the school rules and code of conduct.
